Our client, a renowned company dealing with payment solutions, is currently looking for the ideal candidate to join their team under the role of Technical Support Officer.  The chosen applicant, will be tasked with facilitating relations between clients and their customers.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Linking online clients with banks prior to payment processing;
  • Providing support through e-mail and Skype;
  • Handling any telephone and e-mail correspondence by receiving communication and passing on queries to the appropriate departments whenever necessary;
  • Actively supporting issues related in the ticketing system;
  • Assisting team leaders in reviewing cases and providing effective feedback accordingly;
  • Any other duties assigned by the Customer Experience Officer.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior customer care experience. Training will be however be provided on the job;
  • Proficiency in other languages will be considered an asset.
