We are currently seeking to recruit a Software Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team in supporting their diverse client base.  The chosen applicant will be joining the software development team and will report to the Head of Product Engineering and Architecture.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partaking in the general operations of the department, tasked with developing and maintaining solutions and in-house products;
  • Providing strategic technical input;
  • Producing technical solution designs;
  • Developing and unit-testing solutions with solid technical architecture and software engineering rigour;
  • Liaising with the customer, account management, business development and services teams;
  • Contributing to and developing the company’s products according to technical road-maps;
  • Implementing innovative technologies for greater efficiency and quality;
  • Debugging and troubleshooting of third level support calls;
  • Delivering optimised code with excellent performance attributes;
  • Bringing innovative ideas, solutions and energy to the team;
  • Any other duties emanating from the role.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be in possession of a degree in Computer Science or similar;
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with.NET, C#, VB.Net, ASP .NET, MVC, Javascript and other frameworks, such as JQuery, Web APIs and ANSI SQL;
  • Preference will be given to applicants with experience in cross-platform mobile application development framework;
  • Certifications in the aforementioned areas with control tools will be considered an asset.
