A renowned Financial Services Company is currently looking for a professional to join their Fund Administration team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising general fund accounting operations of the company;
- Liaising with different officials, colleagues, professionals and any other stakeholders;
- Building functional client relationships and catering to clients’ day-to-day needs and requests;
- Drafting and reviewing financial statements, workpapers and reports according to company policies, the law and general procedures. This includes accounting reports, balance sheets and other related documents;
- Assisting auditors in their routine audit requirements;
- Assisting and training junior or trainee fund accountants as directed by the company;
- Managing accounts payable and receivable logs on behalf of the company;
- Any other duties which may arise from time to time.
Requirements:
- Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience related to fund administration;
- Candidates must be in possession of university qualifications or equivalent in Accountancy;
- Applicants must also have advanced knowledge of MS Office programs.
