A renowned Financial Services Company is currently looking for a professional to join their Fund Administration team.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising general fund accounting operations of the company;
  • Liaising with different officials, colleagues, professionals and any other stakeholders;
  • Building functional client relationships and catering to clients’ day-to-day needs and requests;
  • Drafting and reviewing financial statements, workpapers and reports according to company policies, the law and general procedures.  This includes accounting reports, balance sheets and other related documents;
  • Assisting auditors in their routine audit requirements;
  • Assisting and training junior or trainee fund accountants as directed by the company;
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable logs on behalf of the company;
  • Any other duties which may arise from time to time.  

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience related to fund administration;
  • Candidates must be in possession of university qualifications or equivalent in Accountancy;
  • Applicants must also have advanced knowledge of MS Office programs.
