A new opportunity has opened up for a motivated candidate to join a well known company within the local Maritime Industry. The ideal individual will join the established company as a Secretary.
Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to the company;
- Handling of all incoming and outgoing communication;
- Maintaining of office administration systems, including the company’s filing system;
- Making any necessary arrangements for meetings and appointments both locally and abroad;
- Handling of records related to meetings;
- Preparing all necessary documentation for new employees;
- Participating in the company’s record keeping duties;
- Updating of databases on a regular basis;
- Other secretarial duties emanating from the role.
Requirements:
- Applicants must at least have an A’ Level standard of education;
- Candidates must have verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English;
- Preference will be given to applicants with experience in a similar role.
