A new opportunity has opened up for a motivated candidate to join a well known company within the local Maritime Industry. The ideal individual will join the established company as a Secretary.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support to the company;
  • Handling of all incoming and outgoing communication;
  • Maintaining of office administration systems, including the company’s filing system;
  • Making any necessary arrangements for meetings and appointments both locally and abroad;
  • Handling of records related to meetings;
  • Preparing all necessary documentation for new employees;
  • Participating in the company’s record keeping duties;
  • Updating of databases on a regular basis;
  • Other secretarial duties emanating from the role.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must at least have an A’ Level standard of education;
  • Candidates must have verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English;
  • Preference will be given to applicants with experience in a similar role.
