Our Client in Malta is recruiting a Sales and Business Development Executive to join their team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure business opportunities, coordinate business generation activities and develop customized targeted sales strategies;
  • Build business relationships with current and potential clients;
  • Understand client needs and offering solutions and support, answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions;
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership to secure, retain and grow the respective client base;
  • Create informative presentations and present them to potential clients at clients meeting, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences;
  • Monitor prospective clients;
  • Collaborate with management on sales goals, plan, and forecast and maintain short and long term business development plans;
  • Other duties emanating from the role.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar;
  • Experience in both the project management and sales side of running a business;
  • Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads;
  • Must have good research skills;
  • Fluent spoken written English;
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented.
