We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.  As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on best practices for sourcing, attracting and hiring job candidates for their open positions. Furthermore, the chosen applicant may need to assist clients in employment law and HR administration matters.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals;
  • Defining job description and document specifications;
  • Identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels;
  • Conducting confidential interviews;
  • Presenting shortlisted candidates;
  • Presenting detailed candidate profile summaries;
  • Building long-term client relationships;
  • Assist clients in employee on-boarding(including applications for single-work permits in case of TCNs);
  • Any other duties emanating from the role.

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have 2 years of recruitment or HR experience; OR
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (partly qualified applicants are also considered);
  • Applicants must be proficient users of MS Office Programs, namely of Excel, Word and Power Point;
  • Fluency in English is a prerogative;
  • Resilience in coping with high-pressure situations due to client demands is essential.
