A boutique financial services firm is recruiting a Front Office Assistant to assist in daily admin duties and be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, collaborators and suppliers to the office and direct them accordingly;
  • Answering and forwarding telephone calls to the designated parties;
  • In-charge of incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Assistance in the archiving of company documents;
  • Scheduling of meetings and in charge of boardroom bookings;
  • Minute taking during meetings;
  • Ordering of stationary supplies as required by management;
  • Other related duties emanating from the role.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is essential, while fluency in languages such as Maltese and Italian is considered an asset;
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
