A boutique financial services firm is recruiting a Front Office Assistant to assist in daily admin duties and be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, collaborators and suppliers to the office and direct them accordingly;
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls to the designated parties;
- In-charge of incoming and outgoing mail;
- Assistance in the archiving of company documents;
- Scheduling of meetings and in charge of boardroom bookings;
- Minute taking during meetings;
- Ordering of stationary supplies as required by management;
- Other related duties emanating from the role.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential, while fluency in languages such as Maltese and Italian is considered an asset;
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
