A new role has arisen within a local company specializing in ship repair. The required individual form part of the administrative and will fulfill the role of Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Handling of all general front office operations;
- Welcoming clients and other visitors upon arrival and directing them to the appropriate location;
- Handling all email and telephone correspondence in an efficient and time effective manner;
- Directing communication to colleagues when appropriate and necessary;
- Booking meetings for colleagues, handling arrangements for meeting locations and preparing the boardroom for meetings whenever required.
- Attending meetings whenever required as to take minutes;
- Managing kitchen and office stock supplies;
- Drafting contracts and reports as required;
- Maintaining the filing systems in an appropriate and organized manner;
- Fulfilling data inputting requirements related to internal records and databases. This may also extend to log books, bookkeeping and logistics reports.
- Handling any other administrative duties which may arise.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a receptionist;
- Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English;
- The ideal applicant must have good working knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Preference will be given to applicants with an A’ level standard of education.
