MZ Hospitality is looking for a Receptionist who will be the first point of contact of the organisation and will carry out administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude;
- Assist in variety of administrative tasks as deemed necessary;
- Schedule appointments and maintain the board-room activity log;
- Answer incoming phone calls as necessary;
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail;
- Any other duties emanating from the role.
Requirements:
- A minimum A-level standard of education;
- Related experience in a front office or administrative role is essential;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Fluent in English.
