We are looking for a Receptionist who will be the first point of contact of the organisation and will carry out administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude;
  • Assist in variety of administrative tasks as deemed necessary;
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the board-room activity log;
  • Answer incoming phone calls as necessary;
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Any other duties emanating from the role.

Requirements:

  • A minimum A-level standard of education;
  • Related experience in a front office or administrative role is essential;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Fluent in English.
