We are looking for a Receptionist to work for a leading professional services firm in Malta.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Be the first point of contact between staff and clients or other stakeholders as deemed necessary;
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks as deemed necessary;
- Scheduling appointments and maintain a board-room activity log;
- Preparing meeting and training rooms;
- Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary;
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail;
- Any other duties emanating from the role.
Requirements:
- A minimum A-level standard of education;
- Related experience in a front office or administrative role is essential;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Fluency in English is a prerogative, while fluency in Maltese would be considered an asset.
