We are looking for a Receptionist to work for a leading professional services firm in Malta.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Be the first point of contact between staff and clients or other stakeholders as deemed necessary;
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks as deemed necessary;
  • Scheduling appointments and maintain a board-room activity log;
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms;
  • Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary;
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Any other duties emanating from the role.

Requirements:

  • A minimum A-level standard of education;
  • Related experience in a front office or administrative role is essential;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Fluency in English is a prerogative, while fluency in Maltese would be considered an asset.
