Our client, a leading firm within the Financial Services Industry, is currently on the lookout for a dedicated and ambitious individual to join their team of professionals.  The selected applicant will be tasked with both clerical and administrative duties.





  • Greeting and welcoming any visitors professionally and providing them primary support;
  • Handling of all telephone communications;
  • Answering and referring queries to the necessary departments;
  • Managing the mail correspondence system by sorting and distributing mail appropriately;
  • Handling of incoming email communication addressing the company;
  • Maintaining the reception area safe and clean at all times;
  • Monitoring visitor access as to ensure security;
  • Assisting in the smooth running of the administration office supporting the back office as necessary;
  • Maintaining the filing system according to company procedures;
  • Updating and maintaining databases;
  • Managing any necessary preparation for meetings, including booking of board rooms;
  • Any other administrative and clerical duties within the overall function.



  • Applicants must be in possession of qualifications at O’level standard or higher;
  • Candidates must have excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English;
  • Apart from excellent computer skills, proficient use of MS Office programs is also necessary;
  • Whilst training will be given, previous work experience within the industry will be deemed an asset.
