One of our esteemed clients is currently looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their dynamic team. The selected applicant will be tasked with both clerical and administrative duties.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and greeting any guests providing them primary support;
  • Answering and referring queries to the necessary departments;
  • Coordinating of front desk activities;
  • Handling of incoming email communication addressing the company;
  • Registering of incoming mail and distributing correspondence accordingly;
  • Handling of all telephone communications;
  • Maintaining the filing system according to company procedures;
  • Assisting in the smooth running of the administration office supporting the back office as necessary;
  • Any other duties emanating from the role.

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be in possession of qualifications at O’level standard or higher;
  • Candidates must have excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English;
  • Apart from excellent computer skills, proficient use of MS Office programs is also necessary;
  • Whilst training will be given, previous work experience within the industry will be deemed an asset.
