We are looking for a committed Payroll Clerk. The Applicant shall be responsible for all tasks that include collecting timesheets, calculating wages and making sure the employees receive their pay on time.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and verify timesheets;
  • Input employee details and payroll data into the system;
  • Respond to employees inquires and concerns regarding payroll;
  • Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, taxes and deductions;
  • Processing new recruits, promotions and terminations;
  • Issuing statements specifying the earnings and deductions;
  • Resolve any payroll discrepancies;
  • Maintain and update payroll records;
  • Be willing to work on client payroll work;
  • Prepare periodic payroll reports.

Requirements:

  • An A-level standard of education;
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of payroll software is beneficial.
  • Work comfortably with numbers and great attention to detail.
  • An ability to work and meet agreed deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
