The selected individual will be required to prepare feasibility studies and valuations, handle corporate finance and due diligence, and assemble investment appraisals. Our client, an established company dealing with business and management advisory services require a Senior Auditor with 3+ years experience in a similar position and a recognised degree in accountancy. The role offers room for growth withinthe group of companies.

In this role the chosen candidate will be supervising and assisting in the accounting of the transactions along with the management of daily cash forecasting processes and ensuring financial control compliance. Candidates should be qualified or in the final stages of obtaining their degree in Accountancy, preferably with 2+ years of relevant experience.

The chosen candidate will be manage a set of client portfolios and seek to accommodate their respective needs in accordance to regulatory procedures; main activities include opening of bank accounts, liaising with the MFSA, dealing with incorporation, amalgamations, liquidations etc. Candidates should have 2-3 years administration experience in corporate, trust or legal fields, hold a Degree in Business Studies or Financial Services.

You will be responsible for coordinating, reviewing and challenging the financial deliverables of the different entities within the group, while preparing financial information required by management. This post calls for an organised individual with good analytical skills, possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification and from 3 to 5 years experience in accounting.
