An established company within the Financial Services industry, specialising in Fund Services, is currently looking to recruit a Fund Administrator to join their local offices.
Responsibilities:
- Completing AML checks on shareholder accounts;
- Processing subscription and redemption order requests;
- Maintaining the Shareholder Registers of the various funds under administration;
- Providing periodic reporting of shareholder trading activity to Fund Managers;
- Liaising with investor queries on an on-going basis;
- Managing the Transfer Agency Relationship with Fund Managers;
- Any other duties which may from time to time arise.
Requirements:
- Applicants must have excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Word and Excel;
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience administration or business-support.
