An established company within the Financial Services industry, specialising in Fund Services, is currently looking to recruit a Fund Administrator to join their local offices.

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Completing AML checks on shareholder accounts;
  • Processing subscription and redemption order requests;
  • Maintaining the Shareholder Registers of the various funds under administration;
  • Providing periodic reporting of shareholder trading activity to Fund Managers;
  • Liaising with investor queries on an on-going basis;
  • Managing the Transfer Agency Relationship with Fund Managers;
  • Any other duties which may from time to time arise.

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Word and Excel;
  • Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience administration or business-support.
