We are currently seeking to recruit a Front Office Assistant to join our client’s company, being an well-rooted local Financial Services company. The successful applicant will be tasked with general administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Partaking in all administrative operations necessary to the smooth running of the front office;
- Answering incoming telephone correspondence and directing calls to the appropriate office;
- Screening and sorting of all incoming mail;
- Welcoming company visitors and escorting them to the relevant office;
- Scheduling meetings and making necessary arrangements;
- Managing bookings for meeting rooms and ensuring that all necessary preparations for such meetings are made;
- Ensuring that the office is stocked with all necessary office tools, including stationary;
- Any other duties which may from time to time arise.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be in possession of A’ Level qualifications;
- Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience working within a customer service role;
- Proficiency in MS Office programs is expected.
