We are currently seeking to recruit a Front Office Assistant to join our client’s company, being an well-rooted local Financial Services company.  The successful applicant will be tasked with general administrative duties.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partaking in all administrative operations necessary to the smooth running of the front office;
  • Answering incoming telephone correspondence and directing calls to the appropriate office;
  • Screening and sorting of all incoming mail;
  • Welcoming company visitors and escorting them to the relevant office;
  • Scheduling meetings and making necessary arrangements;
  • Managing bookings for meeting rooms and ensuring that all necessary preparations for such meetings are made;
  • Ensuring that the office is stocked with all necessary office tools, including stationary;
  • Any other duties which may from time to time arise.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be in possession of A’ Level qualifications;
  • Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience working within a customer service role;
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs is expected.
