Michele Zahra is looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the selection, and training of staff
  • Supervise and schedule food and beverage staff
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer complaints, as well as internal conflict among staff
  • Oversee food service, and act as an expeditor, when necessary, to ensure the timely movement of completed food orders from the kitchen to the customer table
  • Any other duties emanating from the role.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience is essential for this role;
  • Out-going with customers;
  • Fluent in English.
