A well-established hotel is currently  looking for the ideal candidate to manage all of the hotel’s financial activities.  The chosen candidate will be filling the role of Financial Controller.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and directing all accounting and financial activities;
  • Compiling annual budgets, capital improvement budgets and periodic forecasts;
  • Directly drafting or supervising the drafting of financial reports, business activity reports, monthly financial statements and so on;
  • Monitoring revenue streams and expenditure  by keeping appropriate ledgers and monitoring receipts as to ensure cost efficiency;
  • Managing and giving advice on all financial obligations of the hotel;
  • Liaising with other department heads and entities, such as banks, corporate officials and government institutions.

Requirements:

  • Applicants should have University qualifications or equivalent in Accounting or Finance;
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Financial controller.
