Our client, a well-established company, is currently looking to recruit the ideal person to fill the role of Finance Officer. The chosen applicant will be tasked with the general responsibility of the managing the financial procedures of the company.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all daily transactions;
  • Processing and posting of invoices;
  • Recording accounts payable and accounts receivables regularly;
  • Managing the preparation of  monthly, quarterly and annual financial and regulatory reports;
  • Handling of bank statement reconciliations and inter company reconciliations;
  • Partaking in financial audits in any means necessary;
  • Maintaining internal systems according to updated financial data;
  • Supporting in annual budget preparation;
  • Reviewing and implementing financial policies accordingly;
  • Any other duties which arise from the position.

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants should be University qualified Accountants , ACCA qualified accountants or equivalent;
  • Candidates should have advanced skills in MS Office and must also have in depth knowledge of financial software use;
  • A minimum work experience of a year is required to fill this post.
