Our client is currently on the lookout for the ideal candidate to join their company’s financial team under the role of Finance Officer.  The chosen candidate will be reporting to the Finance Manager of the company.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting day-to-day accounting activities;
  • Maintaining and updating the company’s accounts records;
  • Maintaining the company’s ledgers;
  • Carrying out reconciliation activities as necessary;
  • Handling and preparing client and supplier invoices;
  • Preparing regular management reports and other regulatory reports;
  • Assisting in the conducting of general audits.

Requirements:

  • Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role;
  • Candidates should also have working knowledge of MS Office programs;
  • Proficient writing and speaking skills in English is necessary;
  • The ideal candidate should be possess a Finance related diploma or be in the initial stages of the ACCA qualification.
