Our client is currently looking for an experienced individual to join the company’s Administrative Team as an Administration Executive. The chosen candidate will be tasked with the smooth running of administrative operations.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Supervise secretarial staff and Junior team members within the Administration department;
  • Take control of HR Administrative matters such on-boarding of new employees and keeping employee files amongst others;
  • Assist in the payroll function and ensure timesheet records are in line with requirements established by the firm;
  • Updating of company policies as instructed by Management;
  • Assisting colleagues with all administrative needs and coordinating with other departments within the company where necessary;
  • Actively participating in projects assigned by making arrangements necessary and partaking in all preparation duties for such projects;
  • Any other duties emanating from the role.

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role within the sector;
  • Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, including verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Applicants must be proficient users of MS Office programs and must have excellent computer literacy standards;
  • Preference will be given to applicants with a post-graduate standard of education.
