An established company in Malta is seeking to expand the team by recruiting a full time Data Input Clerk.   This role is highly ideal for anyone interested in working in a vibrant, progressive and modern-thinking business.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of day-to-day administrative duties related to the role;
  • Maintaining of all company databases by ensuring that all data is accurately recorded and updated;
  • Inputting of all new data in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Transferring data from written to digital format upon request of upper management;
  • Creating of new databases and documentation systems;
  • Any other duties emanating from the role.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must either have an O’ level standard of education or at least one year’s experience in a similar role;
  • Applicants must be fluent in Maltese and Italian;
  • Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
