An established company in Malta is seeking to expand the team by recruiting a full time Data Input Clerk. This role is highly ideal for anyone interested in working in a vibrant, progressive and modern-thinking business.
Responsibilities:
- Handling of day-to-day administrative duties related to the role;
- Maintaining of all company databases by ensuring that all data is accurately recorded and updated;
- Inputting of all new data in an accurate and timely manner;
- Transferring data from written to digital format upon request of upper management;
- Creating of new databases and documentation systems;
- Any other duties emanating from the role.
Requirements:
- Candidates must either have an O’ level standard of education or at least one year’s experience in a similar role;
- Applicants must be fluent in Maltese and Italian;
- Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
