A reputable hospital is currently looking for a suitable individual to join the hospital’s financial team under the role of Credit Controller.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the upkeep of the internal billing system and CRM;
  • Issuing invoices and posting payments in the system;
  • Recording all client communication;
  • Liaising with debtors and keeping regular communication with them accordingly;
  • Resolving queries related to outstanding invoices and other balances;
  • Monitoring debtors, especially where overdue debts are owed, and maintaining records related to the company’s credit control system;
  • Generating periodical reports as required;
  • Filing daily receipts and providing accounts information to other departments accordingly;
  • Conducting other duties emanating from the role.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must at least have an A-level standard of education;
  • The ideal candidate must be a proficient user of MS Office programs and have a good level of general computer efficiency;
  • Experience in a similar role will be regarded as an asset;
  • Candidates must have excellent communication skills in English.
