Our client is currently on the lookout for an experienced individual to join their company under the role of Corporate Services Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting internal and external office communication by answering general calls and email correspondence in a timely and efficient manner;
- Managing and handling client complaints appropriately;
- Managing the sorting and filing systems used for correspondence records and other incoming company documents;
- Preparing correspondence, presentations and databases as requested from time to time;
- Managing meeting room bookings, preparing the room accordingly and taking minutes when requested;
- Assisting in the general compliance operations of the company;
- Undertake any other administrative duties as requested.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience fulfilling an administrative role;
- Applicants must have excellent knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Maltese and English are also required.
