Our client is currently on the lookout for an experienced individual to join their company under the role of Corporate Services Assistant.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting internal and external office communication by answering general calls and email correspondence in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Managing and handling client complaints appropriately;
  • Managing the sorting and filing systems used for correspondence records and other incoming company documents;
  • Preparing correspondence, presentations and databases as requested from time to time;
  • Managing meeting room bookings, preparing the room accordingly and taking minutes when requested;
  • Assisting in the general compliance operations of the company;
  • Undertake any other administrative duties as requested.

 

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience fulfilling an administrative role;
  • Applicants must have excellent knowledge of MS Office programs;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Maltese and English are also required.
