We are currently on the lookout for ideal candidates to join our client’s firm under the role of Corporate Administrator. The selected applicant will be given the opportunity to join a company specializing in Tax, Audit and Financial Advice which operates on an international level .

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining company registers appropriately;
  • Supporting upper management in client meetings through attendance and taking of minutes;
  • Managing of client requests;
  • Preparing and submitting statutory filings;
  • Ensuring that KYC procedures are met appropriately through the efficient collection and verification of documentation;
  • Overseeing the application of compliance and regulatory requirements;
  • Incorporating and maintaining of companies;
  • Any other duties which may  from time to time arise.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be in possession of a degree qualification in a relevant field, such as Law or Commerce;
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
