Our client, an experienced company within the local and international Financial Services sector, is currently looking to recruit a Corporate Administration Assistant. The chosen applicant will report to the Client Relationship Manager and will be tasked with assisting the department with administration for a portfolio of international clients.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up and updating of physical client files, including scanning and filing of documents;
- Updating and maintaining of the client databases and document management system;
- Logging incoming and outgoing post;
- Ordering local and international couriers;
- Assisting with the preparation of company documentation;
- Assisting with the preparation of resolutions and minutes;
- Assisting with opening of bank accounts;
- Occasionally answering incoming calls;
- Any other related duties, as may be requested from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Although training will be provided, priority will be given to applicants with previous administration experience.
