Our client, an experienced company within the local and international Financial Services sector, is currently looking to recruit a Corporate Administration Assistant.  The chosen applicant will report to the Client Relationship Manager and will be tasked with assisting the department with administration for a portfolio of international clients.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and updating of physical client files, including scanning and filing of documents;
  • Updating and maintaining of the client databases and document management system;
  • Logging incoming and outgoing post;
  • Ordering local and international couriers;
  • Assisting with the preparation of company documentation;
  • Assisting with the preparation of resolutions and minutes;
  • Assisting with opening of bank accounts;
  • Occasionally answering incoming calls;
  • Any other related duties, as may be requested from time to time.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Although training will be provided, priority will be given to applicants with previous administration experience.
