Our esteemed client is seeking a smart, creative and ambitious individual to fill the post of Business Development Assistant which has arisen within its team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities, coordinating business generation activities, developing customized targeted sales strategies;
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients;
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain and grow the respective client base;
  • Prospective client monitoring;
  • Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients, closing sales and working with the client through the closing process;
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting, maintaining short and long term business development plans.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Maltese is essential;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Goal oriented and able to work on his/her own initiative;
  • Excellent customer handling abilities;
  • A minimum O-level standard of education in Maltese and English.
