An established company within the Financial Services industry is currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrative Officer to join their team of professionals.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting all administrative and operational functions of the office;
  • Handling any email or telephone correspondence and queries made by clients or employees;
  • Managing and adopting filing systems adequate for the different types of documents handled by the company;
  • Managing and updating the company’s databases;
  • Organizing and planning meetings and key events;
  • Drafting regular statistical, organizational or financial reports as requested;
  • Handling any other duties emanating from the role.

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have a minimum of an A level standard of education;
  • The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Applicants must also be proficient users of MS Office programs.
