A company is currently on the lookout for an experienced Administrative Officer to join the administrative team.  The chosen applicant will support day-to-day running of the office.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to day operational duties;
  • Drafting regular administrative and financial reports, including office budget, statistical reports and expenditure reports;
  • Oversee draft deeds or agreements;
  • Managing of company databases by ensuring that they are regularly updated;
  • Maintaining and managing an adequate filing system for confidential company documents and correspondence;
  • Acting as a contact point for employees and clients who request information;
  • Coordinating activities between departments and planning meetings;
  • Satisfy any other duties and responsibilities emanating from the role.

Requirements:

  • Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar administrative role;
  • Candidates should also have working knowledge of MS Office programs;
  • Proficient writing and speaking skills in Maltese and English are necessary;
  • The ideal candidate should have  diploma qualification in Business Management or similar.
