One of our esteemed clients is currently seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company and its departments.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming clients and visitors;
  • Handling of all communications addressed to the company, including telephone calls and emails containing queries;
  • Compiling reports efficiently and updating them periodically;
  • Ensuring the availability of office stationary and placing orders depending on demand;
  • Handling of all incoming and outgoing mail according to company procedures;
  • Scheduling and making necessary arrangements for meetings;
  • Providing any additional administrative or logistical support which may be required from time to time.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including in Italian;
  • Candidates must be proficient users of MS Office programs, especially MS Word, PowerPoint and MS Excel;
  • Previous experience working in an office environment will be deemed an asset.
