Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of an office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the company;
  • Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors;
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc;
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail;
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment;
  • Collaborate with team members;
  • Other duties emanating from the role.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an administrative assistant;
  • Efficient communication skills;
  • Able to identify and resolve issues;
  • Fluent in Maltese and English;
