Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of an office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the company;
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors;
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc;
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail;
- Maintain office supplies and equipment;
- Collaborate with team members;
- Other duties emanating from the role.
Requirements:
- Experience as an administrative assistant;
- Efficient communication skills;
- Able to identify and resolve issues;
- Fluent in Maltese and English;
