Our company is recruiting an Administration Officer to assist with client requirements in relation to HR Administration.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Compilation and submission of single-work permit applications for businesses recruiting non-EU nationals;
  • Assisting individuals in filing visa applications;
  • Submission of employment forms such as engagement and termination forms;
  • Compilation of applications related to funding schemes for training and other forms of incentives;
  • Updating and maintaining databases;
  • Other duties emanating from the role.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be in possession of an EQF level 5 standard of education;
  • Experience in a related role is considered an asset;
  • Fluency in English is a must.
