Our client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated individual to take on the role of Administration Officer.  The successful applicant will be tasked with the provision of general administrative support to the company.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing of the filing system in accordance with company procedures;
  • Handling of the various company documents;
  • Drafting of financial and statistical reports upon the request of upper management;
  • Managing of all incoming and outgoing mail and telephone correspondence;
  • Preparing of professional presentations which meet the standards of the company;
  • Coordinating and making all necessary preparations for meetings;
  • Attending meetings and compiling minutes whenever this is necessary;
  • Organizing high profile events on behalf of the company;
  • Any other administrative duties related to the role.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must at least have  a year’s worth of experience working in a similar role;
  • Candidates must have an A’ Level standard of education;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected;
  • Applicants must also be proficient users of MS Office programs.
