Our client is currently on the search for the ideal individual to join their team of professionals under the role of Administration Officer.  The chosen applicant will form an integral part of the company’s administrative support team.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of general day-to-day administrative and clerical operations of the company;
  • Filing client and company documents appropriately and according to company procedures;
  • Handling correspondence received in a time appropriate manner, including client and employee queries;
  • Making meeting arrangements and attending meetings to make minutes;
  • Drafting of agreements and deeds as requested by upper management;
  • Conducting statistical research and drafting financial reports accordingly;
  • Inputting statistical data and maintaining databases;
  • Any other duties arising from the role.

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the same role or similar;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary;
  • Preference will be given to applicants with an A’ level standard of education.
