Are you looking for your next exciting career opportunity? Our client is currently looking to recruit the ideal individual for the role of Administration Officer to join their team. The chosen applicant will be will be tasked with the provision of general administrative support to the company.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling daily administrative duties such as filing and managing calendars;
  • Administration of company databases and handling of the various company documents;
  • Managing office supplies stock and placing orders as necessary;
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency;
  • Greeting and welcoming customers;
  • Managing of all incoming and outgoing mail and telephone correspondence;
  • Preparing regular financial and administrative reports;
  • Any other administrative duties related to the role.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must at least have  a year’s worth of experience working in a similar role;
  • Qualification in a relevant field will be considered as an asset;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian are expected;
  • Applicants must also be proficient users of MS Office programs.
