Our client, a renowned company within the local industry, is currently looking for an administration executive to join their team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining of databases by inputting data and keeping databases updated;
- Recording of daily transactions;
- Posting of invoices and sales receipts;
- Performing cash, sales and bank reconciliations;
- Bringing books to trial balance stage;
- Processing and submitting of VAT returns;
- Filing and scanning of documentation according to company procedure;
- Drafting of financial, daily and periodic reports as necessary;
- Performing administrative duties related to the company’s financial operations;
- Any other duties emanating from the role;
Requirements:
- Applicants must have a minimum of an A level standard of education in Accounting or a similar qualification;
- Candidates must have strong IT literacy skills, with particular knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Applicants must have excellent written and verbal skills in English.
