Our client, a renowned company within the local industry, is currently looking for an administration executive to join their team of professionals.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining of databases by inputting data and keeping databases updated;
  • Recording of daily transactions;
  • Posting of invoices and sales receipts;
  • Performing cash, sales and bank reconciliations;
  • Bringing books to trial balance stage;
  • Processing and submitting of VAT returns;
  • Filing and scanning of documentation according to company procedure;
  • Drafting of financial, daily and periodic reports as necessary;
  • Performing administrative duties related to the company’s financial operations;
  • Any other duties emanating from the role;

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have a minimum of an A level standard of education in Accounting or a similar qualification;
  • Candidates must have strong IT literacy skills, with particular knowledge of MS Office programs;
  • Applicants must have excellent written and verbal skills in English.
