A leading financial services company is currently on the lookout for a motivated individual to join their growing team of professionals.  The successful applicant will be tasked with general administrative and front-office duties under the title of Administration Assistant.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting general clerical duties including handling of all the company’s correspondence, and managing the filing system;
  • Generating of reports and presentations;
  • Scheduling of meetings;
  • Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner;
  • Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients;
  • Ensuring the availability of office supplies;
  • Maintaining of office databases, as assigned by upper management;
  • Any other administrative duties arising from the role.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be in possession of an O’ Level standard of education;
  • The ideal candidate must at least have 1 to 2 years’ experience working in a busy office environment;
  • Candidates must be proficient users of Microsoft applications;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are expected.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task will be deemed an asset;
