Our client is currently on the lookout for a motivated individual to join their growing team of professionals. The successful applicant will be tasked with general administrative and front-office duties under the title of Administration Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting all incoming clients in a polite manner and directing them appropriately;
- Handling of all company correspondence, including telephone and email correspondence;
- Screening and organzing incoming and outgoing mail;
- Handling of general clerical duties, including management of the filing system;
- Answering any general queries addressed to the company and directing such queries to colleagues when this is appropriate;
- Managing of board room and office bookings and other preparations for meetings;
- Ensuring the availability of office supplies;
- Maintaining of office databases as assigned by upper management;
- Any other administrative duties arising from the role.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be in possession of an O’ Level standard of education;
- Candidates must have a minimum of a year’s experience working within a similar role;
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy skills are expected.
