One of our esteemed clients is currently looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join their growing team of professionals. The successful applicant will be tasked with general administrative and front-office duties.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up and updating of physical client files, including scanning and filing of documents;
- KYC checking and due diligence;
- Updating of the client database and document management system;
- Assisting with the preparation of company documentation;
- Attending meetings and drafting resolutions and minutes;
- Handling customer queries and maintaining client relationships;
- Assisting with opening of bank accounts;
- Logging incoming and outgoing post;
- Ordering local and international couriers;
- Any other related duties, as may be requested from time to time.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be in possession of an O’ Level standard of education;
- Candidates must have a minimum of a year’s experience working within a similar role;
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy skills are expected.
