Our client is a Tax, Audit and Advisory firm seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to join their team as part of the company’s expansion. The selected applicant will take on the role of Accounts Manager.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility for the allocation of accountancy tasks to staff, depending on their capabilities and experience;
  • Overseeing and managing staff whilst carrying out of the general accounting operations of the firm;
  • Completing of company accounts which are to be passed on for audit in a timely manner;
  • Preparing budgets for clients and management accounts;
  • Overseeing the payroll function of the firm;
  • Providing training and mentoring to all staff, depending on necessity;
  • Preparing departmental budgets and performance reports;
  • Reporting regularly to upper management.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess qualifications in accountancy from the University of Malta or ACCA;
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience working in a similar position.
