An international aviation company with an office based in Malta is on the lookout for an Accounts Clerk to join an existing Finance department.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day accounting;
- Daily bank reconciliations;
- Processing and posting of supplier invoices;
- Processing of month-end transactions and other General Ledger postings that are required;
- Assisting in the preparation of the annual Financial Statements;
- Filing and organizing necessary Financial documents;
- Assist the finance department according to exigencies.
Requirements:
- Applicants must possess an A’ level qualification in accounts;
- Be proficient in MS Office products and have practical knowledge of accounting software (Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision would be considered an asset);
- Be proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English.
