An international aviation company with an office based in Malta is on the lookout for an Accounts Clerk to join an existing Finance department.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day accounting;
  • Daily bank reconciliations;
  • Processing and posting of supplier invoices;
  • Processing of month-end transactions and other General Ledger postings that are required;
  • Assisting in the preparation of the annual Financial Statements;
  • Filing and organizing necessary Financial documents;
  • Assist the finance department according to exigencies.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must possess  an A’ level qualification in accounts;
  • Be proficient in MS Office products and have practical knowledge of accounting software (Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision would be considered an asset);
  • Be proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English.
