We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Clerk to work in our client’s  reputable company.  The chosen candidate will be tasked with general administrative and clerical duties tied to accounts.




  • Reviewing the criteria satisfaction of relevant documentation as to enter supplier invoices;
  • Issuing payments to third parties and conducting regular third party and supplier reconciliation;
  • Conducting bank and cash reconciliations, including evidence or bank statement reconciliations, and report irregularities where necessary.
  • General management of the bookkeeping system;
  • Reviewing balances and adjusting records where a misapplied case transaction or discrepancy arises;
  • Managing the filing system according to relevant policies and procedures and forward documentation where necessary;
  • Supporting colleagues in collecting data and drafting documents for regular recording requirements purposes;
  • Any other duties which may emanate from the role.



  • The ideal applicant must have a minimum of an A’ level Standard qualifications in Accounts, Finance or equivalent;
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience fulfilling a similar role;
  • Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office programs is required.
