A well-known travel agency is on the lookout for an Accounts Clerk to assist in the finance function. Ideal opportunity for junior accountancy professionals to gain a hands on and growth experience.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day accounting;
- Daily bank reconciliations;
- Processing and posting of supplier invoices;
- Assisting in the collection of debt from our direct clients;
- Liaising with our booking offices;
- Assist the finance department according to exigencies.
Requirements:
- Applicants must have an A’ level qualification in accounts;
- Be proficient in MS Office products and have practical knowledge of accounting software (Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision would be considered an asset);
- Be proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Be organised, meticulous and have a proactive attitude;
- Must exhibit willingness to learn continuously.
