A well-known travel agency is on the lookout for an Accounts Clerk to assist in the finance function. Ideal opportunity for junior accountancy professionals to gain a hands on and growth experience.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day accounting;
  • Daily bank reconciliations;
  • Processing and posting of supplier invoices;
  • Assisting in the collection of debt from our direct clients;
  • Liaising with our booking offices;
  • Assist the finance department according to exigencies.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have an A’ level qualification in accounts;
  • Be proficient in MS Office products and have practical knowledge of accounting software (Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision would be considered an asset);
  • Be proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Be organised, meticulous and have a proactive attitude;
  • Must exhibit willingness to learn continuously.
