We are currently on the lookout for an experienced individual to join our client’s company.   The selected applicant will be tasked general administrative and accounting duties under the title of Accounts Clerk

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the general ledger and respective reconciliations;
  • Processing and submitting of invoices;
  • Updating of day-to-day accounting records;
  • Issuing and processing of payment;
  • Liaising with auditors and other colleagues for the preparation of company audits;
  • Assist in preparation of financial reports;
  • Any other duties ancillary to the role of Accounts Clerk.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Advanced level of education in Accounting would be consider an asset;
  • Candidates must at least have a year’s worth of experience working in a similar role;
  • Applicants must have working knowledge of MS Office programs, as well as experience using accounting programs;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Italian are expected.
