A new opportunity has arisen for a determined individual to work as an Accounts Clerk in a locally renowned company. The chosen applicant will form an integral part in the company’s accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping and performing other basic accounting procedures;
- Preparing daily bank, cash, sales and other ad hoc reconciliations;
- Recording and posting invoices into the Company’s accounting software;
- Assisting with the month-end process;
- Liaising with the auditors where applicable;
- Preparing monthly reports for management;
- Managing of the company’s filing system according to established procedures;
- Carrying out other general accounting duties as may be required.
Requirements:
- Applicants must have a minimum of an A level standard of education in Accounts or a related Accountancy qualification;
- Candidates must be proficient users of MS Office programs, as well as other relevant accounting programs;
- Fluency in Italian and English;
- The chosen applicant must have a minimum 1 year experience working in a related position.
