A new opportunity has arisen for a determined individual to work as an Accounts Clerk in a locally renowned  company.  The chosen applicant will form an integral part in the company’s accounting operations.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping and performing other basic accounting procedures;
  • Preparing daily bank, cash, sales and other ad hoc reconciliations;
  • Recording and posting invoices into the Company’s accounting software;
  • Assisting with the month-end process;
  • Liaising with the auditors where applicable;
  • Preparing monthly reports for management;
  • Managing of the company’s filing system according to established procedures;
  • Carrying out other general accounting duties as may be required.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have a minimum of an A level standard of education in Accounts or a related Accountancy qualification;
  • Candidates must be proficient users of MS Office programs, as well as other relevant accounting programs;
  • Fluency in Italian and English;
  • The chosen applicant must have a minimum 1 year experience working in a related position.
