An established company within the local Financial Services industry is currently on the lookout for an ambitious individual to join their financial team.  The selected applicant will be working as an Accounts Clerk.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Performing all general day-to-day accounting tasks as necessary;
  • Updating and managing any financial and accounting documentation, including ledgers and journals;
  • Compiling data and accordingly drafting reports and inputting data into accounts systems;
  • Monitoring data, verifying financial records and reporting discrepancies where necessary;
  • Preparing and processing invoices, checks and receipts;
  •  Processing invoices, sales and bank statement reconciliations;
  • Preparing monthly payroll reports and other periodical reports as required;
  • Performing any other duties as to meet the accounting needs of the company.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have working knowledge of common accounting programs;
  • Candidates must also have excellent proficiency skills in MS Office Suite;
  • Candidates must be in possession of an A’level qualification or equivalent in Accounts.
  • The chosen applicant must have 1 years’ experience working in accounting or equivalent.
