We are currently on the lookout for an experienced individual to join our client’s company.   The selected applicant will be tasked general administrative and accounting duties under the title of Accounts Clerk

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of all accounting duties up to trial balance stage;
  • Processing and submitting of invoices;
  • Partaking in all general bookkeeping activities on behalf of the company;
  • Updating of day-to-day accounting records;
  • Preparing bank, cash and other inter-company reconciliations regularly;
  • Liaising with auditors and other colleagues for the preparation of company audits;
  • Drafting of financial reports upon the demands of upper management;
  • Any other duties ancillary to the role of Accounts Clerk.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have a minimum of an A’ Level standard of education in Accounts;
  • Candidates must at least have a year’s worth of experience working in a similar role;
  • Applicants must have working knowledge of MS Office programs, as well as experience using accounting programs;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected.
