We are currently looking for an Accounts Clerk to join our client’s company. The selected candidate will have an active role in the company’s accounting and administrative operations.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of day-to-day accounting operations;
  • Processing and posting of invoices;
  • Maintaining of the company’s filing systems with regards company documents;
  • Partaking in the general book-keeping activities of the company;
  • Conducting of inter-company reconciliations;
  • Any other duties which may arise from time to time.

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have a minimum of an O level standard of education in Accounts;
  • Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Proficient use of MS office programs is necessary;
  • Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in a similar role as well as working knowledge of general accounting programs.
