Our client, a dominant company in the local healthcare industry, is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts Clerk to join their Financial Team.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and inputting invoices;
  • Managing company documents and  filing them according to company procedure;
  • Partaking in the company’s general bookkeeping activities, as advised by upper management;
  • Preparing bank, cash and inter-company reconciliations;
  • Managing supplier and sales reconciliations;
  • Maintaining records on behalf of the company, for instance by recording transactions in the accounting system;
  • Handling routine and other correspondence when necessary;
  • Assisting in the drawing up of regular reporting, such as monthly reports and annual reports;
  • Assisting in the compilation and monitoring of the company’s budget;
  • Any other duties emanating from the role.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a minimum A’ Level standard of education in Accounts;
  • Applicants are expected to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as great interpersonal skills;
  • Candidates should be proficient users of MS Office programs, with special focus on Excel;
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in a similar role.
